Health and Safety Laboratory

As a world-class health and safety facility, HSL can offer a range of unique services to the aerospace and aviation industries, including multi-disciplinary research, scientific and technical support, forensic investigations, Human Factors and bespoketraining.

Operating from a 550-acre site in Derbyshire, HSL's unrivalled experimental facilities mean we can perform both large-scale physical tests or carry out detailed laboratory work to validate theoretical or modelling results.

We have over 350 experts under one roof - from microbiologists and explosives experts to occupational psychologists and specialist photographers. This means that we are in a position to tailor our services to your exact requirements.

As members of the Association of Aerospace Universities and Interlab Forum we've got excellent access to other research groups, meaning we're always at the cutting edge of any developments within the sector.
